Microsoft excel allows you to create professional spreadsheets including large no. of rows & columns and charts. It includes three components- worksheet, graph and DBMS. A spread sheet still uses the idea of a large sheet of paper into which numbers are entered. A spreadsheet is a highly interactive computer program that consists of a collection of rows and columns that are displayed on screen in a scrollable window.
